Job summary

Sydney Tools is seeking an experienced Talent & HR Specialist to join our People & Culture team. You will own end-to-end recruitment across your portfolio and gain hands-on exposure to the broader employee lifecycle.

This fully onsite role offers the chance to work closely with leaders in a fast-paced retail environment, with opportunities to develop into a broader HR Business Partner path.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Talent Acquisition, internal recruitment or agency recruitment.
• Exposure to broader HR responsibilities will be highly regarded.
• Desire to develop beyond recruitment into broader HR.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication with managers.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across your portfolio.
• Source and engage high-quality candidates across a range of roles.
• Partner with managers on workforce planning and recruitment strategies.
• Support performance management and employee relations.
• Assist with onboarding, probation and broader employee lifecycle processes.
• Support succession planning, talent development and employee engagement initiatives.
• Coach and guide managers on day-to-day people matters.
• Build strong relationships with leaders and employees across the business.
• Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop your HR capability through exposure to increasingly complex people matters.
