Job summary

HR Partners in Sydney is seeking an HR Consultant to join a global luxury watch brand. You will work in a tight-knit team, reporting to a strategic Manager, focusing on retail recruitment and proactive employee support.

Responsibilities include end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, HR reporting, and supporting managers on HR issues; you will also coordinate probation, performance and salary reviews while embedding the company's values across HR practices.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years HR generalist experience in a small to medium organisation.
• Strong understanding of confidentiality.
• Prior recruitment experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle full life cycle recruitment, including agency liaison, candidate administration, and preparation of employment contracts.
• Support on-boarding, induction, and training activities for new and existing employees.
• Involvement in employee initiatives, events and workshops.
• Maintain training HR reports, records and employee documentation.
• Provide support and guidance to employees and managers on HR-related matters.
• Coordinate probationary, performance, and salary review processes.
• Promote and embed the organisation's values across all HR practices.
