Randstad's exclusive opportunity places you with a globally recognised luxury watch brand in Australia. As HR Consultant you’ll join a small, close-knit team in Ryde, NSW, reporting to a warm, strategic Manager, focusing on retail recruitment and proactive employee support.

Hybrid working and parking are available, with equal opportunity practices at the core. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, support onboarding, and help run training, events and HR initiatives while safeguarding

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of HR generalist experience in a small to medium organisation.
• Strong communication skills and ability to handle confidential information.
• Recruitment experience and agency liaison.

Responsibilities

• Handle full life cycle recruitment, including agency liaison, candidate administration, and preparation of employment contracts.
• Support on-boarding, induction, and training activities for new and existing employees.
• Involvement in employee initiatives, events and workshops.
• Maintain training HR reports, records and employee documentation.
• Provide support and guidance to employees and managers on HR-related matters.
• Coordinate probationary, performance, and salary review processes.
• Promote and embed the organisation's values across all HR practices.

Your New Role:

To be successful in this position, you will be:

• You will consider yourself highly motivated, with the ability to work within a luxury business and have strong, professional communication.
• You will have approximately 1-2 years of prior HR generalist experience in a similar small to medium organisation, strong understanding of confidentiality and prior recruitment experience.
