Job summary

Hudson Talent Solutions in Sydney is seeking an experienced Banking & Financial Services Recruitment Partner to join onsite with a hybrid arrangement (three days on site). You will deliver end-to-end recruitment and partner closely with HR stakeholders to understand workforce needs and drive hiring outcomes.

You will operate as a true partner to the business, delivering value with a proactive, consultative approach, while supporting HR transformation projects and talent acquisition improvements.

As part of a collaborative and advisory team, you will deliver a best-in-class recruitment service, partnering closely with HR stakeholders to understand workforce needs and drive hiring outcomes. The role you will play;

In this role, you will leverage your experience as a TA Partner to attract, and assess high-calibre HR talents, partnering closely with stakeholders to deliver strong hiring outcomes across key HR functions.

You will build strong credibility with stakeholders, take ownership of your portfolio and deliver with a high degree of accountability. You will be comfortable operating in a fast-paced, complex environment and excel at building trusted relationships across the business.

Beyond your core recruitment portfolio, you will contribute to broader HR transformation projects and talent acquisition improvement initiatives. You may partner with HR and business stakeholders to support the implementation of new processes, technologies, governance frameworks, and ways of working. This will provide an opportunity to influence how recruitment services are delivered while enhancing the candidate and stakeholder experience.
