Randstad HR Partners is seeking an HR Consultant to join a luxury retail environment. You will join a small team, report to a strategic Manager, and focus on retail recruitment and proactive employee support.

Responsibilities include end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee documentation. You will contribute to events, employee initiatives and HR reporting while upholding confidentiality and professional standards.

Qualifikationen

• 1-2 years HR generalist experience in a small to medium organisation.
• Strong understanding of confidentiality and prior recruitment experience.
• You communicate professionally with peers, managers and partners.

Aufgaben

• Handle full lifecycle recruitment, including agency liaison, candidate administration, and employment contracts prep.
• Support onboarding, induction and training for new and current employees.
• Participate in employee initiatives, events and workshops.
