Job summary

Randstad HR Partners is seeking an HR Consultant to join a luxury retail environment. You will join a small team, report to a strategic Manager, and focus on retail recruitment and proactive employee support.

Responsibilities include end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee documentation. You will contribute to events, employee initiatives and HR reporting while upholding confidentiality and professional standards.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years HR generalist experience in a small to medium organisation.
• Strong understanding of confidentiality and prior recruitment experience.
• You communicate professionally with peers, managers and partners.

Your New Role:

In your role as the HR Consultant, you will work within a small, close knit team, reporting to a warm and strategic Manager, with a focus on retail recruitment and proactive employee support. Your duties will include:

Your Main Duties:

• Handle full life cycle recruitment, including agency liaison, candidate administration, and preparation of employment contracts.
• Support on-boarding, induction, and training activities for new and existing employees.
• Involvement in employee initiatives, events and workshops.
• Maintain training HR reports, records and employee documentation.
• Provide support and guidance to employees and managers on HR-related matters.
• Coordinate probationary, performance, and salary review processes.
• Promote and embed the organisation's values across all HR practices.

To be successful in this position, you will be:

• You will consider yourself highly motivated, with the ability to work within a luxury business and have strong, professional communication.
• You will have approximately 1-2 years of prior HR generalist experience in a similar small to medium organisation, strong understanding of confidentiality and prior recruitment experience.
