Randstad HR Partners Sydney is seeking an HR Consultant to join a small, close-knit team supporting a luxury watch brand. You will focus on retail recruitment, onboarding, training, and proactive employee support within a hybrid work model with onsite parking.

The ideal candidate has roughly 1–2 years of HR generalist experience in a similar sized organisation, with a strong sense of confidentiality and prior recruitment experience.

• Coordinate probationary, performance, and salary review processes.
