Cullen Jewellery in Melbourne seeks a Retail Field Trainer to onboard and develop showroom teams across Australia and New Zealand. Based at our Melbourne HQ, you’ll train on the floor, observe live appointments, and coach staff with regional executives.

You’ll design onboarding frameworks, tailor curricula for each retail level, travel regularly, including weekends, and contribute to a unified playbook across all showrooms.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing and delivering training or onboarding.
• Retail floor experience, ideally in luxury jewellery or appointment-based consultative sales.
• Willingness to travel across the Southern region and occasional weekend work.
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or similar facilitation qualification is highly regarded.

Responsabilités

• Deliver onboarding for new retail starters across the region and adapt to regional needs.
• Develop and own onboarding framework and training documentation for consistency across showrooms.
• Create a training curriculum for each retail level and run group and one-on-one sessions.
• Shadow live client appointments and provide structured feedback to improve performance.
• Lead training for new showroom openings and step in to support busy showrooms on the ground.
• Collaborate with Showroom Managers and Regional Executives to identify training needs from performance data.
• Maintain and modernise the knowledge base so every showroom uses the same playbook.
