Louis Vuitton Australia seeks a Country Learning Manager to shape capability of our Retail teams across Australia & New Zealand, translating global training vision into local impact. You will lead a team of Field Coach Trainers, act as the principal advocate for training strategy, and ensure our codes and standards are delivered with excellence daily.

Qualificações

• Proven training and development experience within luxury retail or premium client‑service environment.
• Hands-on, store-level engagement and coaching.
• Strong capability in training program design and management.
• Inter-cultural intelligence and a collaborative, data-informed approach.

Responsabilidades

• Champion the training strategy nationally, aligning content with local business objectives.
• Design and deliver training calendars from classroom sessions to in-store coaching.
• Coach and develop Field Coach Trainers to ensure high-quality in-store delivery.
• Spend time on the shop floor observing, coaching and reinforcing standards.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, driving continuous innovation in training design.
