Job summary

Coach Liverpool Outlet is seeking a dynamic Assistant Store Manager to join our luxury retail team. You will partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, lead from the floor, and create an engaging, high-energy environment that delivers Coach service standards.

You will coach and develop staff, manage KPIs, oversee stock and operations, and support omni-channel initiatives to build strong customer relationships. Weekend and peak trading flexibility is required.

Qualifications

Experience leading teams in a retail environment.
Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and KPIs.
Strong coaching and people development skills.
Excellent communication, problem solving and guest service attitude.
Willingness to work across weekends and peak trading periods.

Responsibilities

Partner with Store Manager to drive sales, productivity and store performance
Lead from the floor and create a high-energy sales environment
Inspire, coach and develop the team to achieve goals
Deliver an exceptional customer experience in line with Coach standards
Monitor KPIs and support commercial strategies
Support recruitment, onboarding, training and ongoing team development
Maintain visual merchandising, stock control, operations and loss prevention standards
Support clienteling and omni-channel initiatives to build customer relationships
