Job summary

Coach Liverpool Outlet is seeking an energetic Assistant Store Manager to lead the sales floor and coach a high-performing team. You will collaborate closely with the Store Manager to drive revenue, productivity and store performance, while delivering Coach service standards.

We value a hands-on leader with passion for fashion, strong commercial awareness, and a track record of achieving KPIs. Weekend availability and flexibility are expected in this luxury retail role.

• Previous leadership experience within retail or a customer-focused environment.
• A genuine passion for fashion, retail and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
• Strong commercial awareness and confidence working towards sales targets and KPIs.
• The ability to motivate, coach and bring out the best in a team.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• A proactive, hands-on leadership style.
• Flexibility to work across the needs of the business, including weekends, peak trading periods and public holidays.
• Previous luxury or fashion retail experience would be highly regarded.

We’re looking for an energetic and commercially minded Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Coach Liverpool Outlet.

Working closely with the Store Manager, you’ll play an integral role in driving sales, developing the team and creating an exceptional experience for every customer who walks through our doors.

The Role
