Job summary

Coach Liverpool Outlet is seeking an energetic Assistant Store Manager to lead a high-performing team, drive sales and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will partner with the Store Manager to motivate staff, manage KPIs and ensure operations, training and visual standards reflect Coach luxury service.

You will play a pivotal role in clienteling and omni-channel initiatives, acting as a brand ambassador and ensuring the store meets its commercial targets and customer service standards

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience within retail or a customer-focused environment.
• A genuine passion for fashion, retail and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
• Strong commercial awareness and confidence working towards sales targets and KPIs.
• The ability to motivate, coach and bring out the best in a team.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• A proactive, hands-on leadership style.
• Flexibility to work across the needs of the business, including weekends, peak trading periods and public holidays.
• Previous luxury or fashion retail experience would be highly regarded.
