Job summary

Four Seasons Sydney is seeking a Reservations Agent to deliver warm, personalised service and handle accommodation enquiries and bookings. Reporting to the Reservations Manager, you will manage reservations and provide detailed knowledge of hotel offerings to help guests find the perfect experience.

You will work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays, collaborate with Front Office and other departments, and maintain accurate reservation records while seeking upselling

Qualifications

• Experience delivering warm, personalised service in hospitality.
• Ability to manage reservations accurately and efficiently.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage guest accommodation reservations and enquiries via phone, email, and other channels.
• Provide personalised recommendations on room types, facilities, packages, and services.
• Build connections by understanding guests' preferences and travel needs.
• Accurately process bookings, modifications, cancellations, and guest requests.
• Maintain detailed and accurate reservation records in hotel systems.
• Collaborate with Front Office and other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and enhance guest stays.
