Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in Sydney seeks a full-time Communications Agent in the Rooms Division. You will be the first voice guests hear, delivering warm, professional service and ensuring each call is handled efficiently.

The role connects guests with hotel services, coordinates with various departments, and supports a high standard of personalised hospitality throughout their stay.

• Previous experience in a Hotel Operator, Guest Services, Front Office, or hospitality role is preferred.
• Strong computer literacy and the ability to learn hotel operating systems quickly.
• Willingness to work a rotating roster, including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct incoming calls in a warm, professional, timely manner, delivering a strong first impression.
• Respond to guest enquiries and requests with genuine care, ensuring follow-up and resolution.
• Serve as a central link between guests and hotel departments to ensure seamless service.
• Provide accurate information about facilities, services, dining venues, and local attractions.
• Coordinate guest requests including wake-up calls, amenities, transport, and special services.
• Monitor and manage emergency communication procedures per hotel policies.
• Assist Front Office in delivering personalised and memorable guest experiences.
• Handle all interactions with professionalism and discretion, reflecting Four Seasons standards.
