Job summary

Frontline Recruitment Group is recruiting for a Senior Client Advisor role in a Sydney CBD boutique, representing a globally recognised luxury brand. You will provide an elevated client experience, develop a loyal client base, and support leadership to drive boutique performance.

Mandarin or Cantonese skills are valued but not essential; get involved in mentoring, visual merchandising, and premium service standards while achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in senior client advisory roles within RTW luxury retail.
• Proven ability to exceed sales targets and grow returning client base.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse clientele.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end luxury client experience and build lasting client relationships.
• Drive sales performance and contribute to boutique targets and commercial success.
• Develop loyal client portfolio through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
• Support Boutique Manager with daily operations and lead by example on the floor.
• Mentor junior team members and share product knowledge and service standards.
• Maintain impeccable visual merchandising and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a premium in-store experience.
