Job summary

Burberry in Sydney is seeking a Client Advisor who will build meaningful relationships with new and existing clients, delivering a personalised, elevated shopping experience that drives commercial success.

You will work by appointment to provide tailored service, leveraging deep knowledge of Burberry products and styling to foster loyalty, growth of client books and repeat visits while upholding luxury standards across the store.

Qualifications

• Track record in delivering sales and exceeding targets.
• Experience in Clientelling.
• Interest in fashion, art and culture.
• Strong product knowledge and understanding of store operations.
• Fluent in local language; English proficiency desirable.
• Demonstrates confidence, curiosity, conviction and care.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed individual and store sales and other commercial KPIs.
• Inspire clients with storytelling and passion for Burberry to create desire and loyalty.
• Provide luxury service with extensive product, fashion and styling knowledge.
• Follow the client journey to deliver a premium in-store experience from initial impression to post-sale follow-up.
• Follow up on after-sales services and maintain relationships with clients.
• Maintain high luxury standards in front and back of house; assist with inventory, replenishment and stockroom upkeep.
