Burberry is seeking a Client Advisor in Sydney to build relationships with new and existing clients and deliver a personalised, elevated luxury shopping experience. Reporting to store management, you will inspire clients with passion for the brand, demonstrate expertise in styling, and drive commercial success.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed individual and store sales and other commercial KPIs
• Inspire clients through storytelling and passion for the Burberry brand to create desire and loyalty
• Provide luxury service with deep knowledge in product, fashion and styling
• Follow the Client journey to elevate the client experience, discover clients, become product and styling expert and close the sale
• Deliver after-sales service and timely follow-up with clients
• Support daily store operations while maintaining high luxury standards front and back of house
• Follow company policies and Burberry visual guidelines
• Foster teamwork and a positive work climate
• Build meaningful relationships with Clients
• Work by appointment to provide personalised service and grow client loyalty
• Capture new luxury clients to grow the store client book
• Drive client retention through regular contact and proactive follow-up on sales or client requests
• Demonstrate confidence, curiosity, conviction and care and be energetic, proactive and self-motivated
