Qualifications

• Proven track record in delivering sales and exceeding targets.
• Experience in clienteling and luxury retail.
• Strong product knowledge and styling expertise.
• Fluent in local language; English proficiency desirable.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed individual and store sales KPIs.
• Inspire clients with the Burberry brand through storytelling and luxury service.
• Provide knowledge in product, fashion and styling.
• Support Store Manager in handling customer issues and complaints.
• Follow the client journey to deliver a premium in-store experience.
