1 Hotel Melbourne is seeking a passionate Leisure Sales Manager to drive luxury leisure business. You will build relationships with travel advisors, consortia, wholesalers and key distribution partners, and convert opportunities across domestic and international markets.

You will collaborate with the Director of Sales & Marketing and the commercial team to position 1 Hotel Melbourne as a preferred luxury leisure destination, while championing sustainability and outstanding guest experiences.

Qualificações

• Experience in leisure sales, luxury hospitality or related commercial role.
• Established network within the luxury leisure market or the drive to build one.
• Strong relationship-building, negotiation and business development skills.
• Understanding of luxury travel distribution, consortia and leisure market dynamics.
• Proactive, self-motivated with a track record of converting opportunities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Genuine appreciation for sustainability and evolving luxury traveller expectations.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and manage relationships with luxury leisure travel advisors, consortia, wholesalers and key distribution partners.
• Identify and convert new business opportunities across domestic and international leisure markets.
• Proactively represent 1 Hotel Melbourne through sales calls, industry events and trade shows.
• Develop strategic account plans that drive revenue, market share and partnerships.
• Collaborate with Revenue Management, Marketing and Reservations to maximise opportunities and results.
• Host familiarisation visits, property experiences and client events to convey the 1 Hotels story.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and opportunities within luxury leisure.
• Be a passionate ambassador for the brand, people and sustainability.
