• Develop and implement tailored sales strategies.
• Identify and convert new business opportunities.
• Manage entertainment and group bookings end-to-end.
• Conduct regular client calls, meetings, and networking activities
• Manage entertainment and group bookings end‑to‑end, including contracts, BEOs, and group resumes
• Collaborate closely with Reservations, Front Office, and Operations to ensure flawless delivery
• Prepare monthly sales performance reports with insights and recommendations
• Monitor client feedback, market trends, and segment performance
• Champion commercially sound decisions aligned with 1 Hotels’ brand values and standards

The Role

We’re seeking a driven and commercially minded Corporate Sales Executive to grow and manage our corporate, consortia, and entertainment business segments. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, identifying new opportunities, and delivering seamless group experiences from enquiry through to execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement tailored sales strategies across corporate and entertainment segments
• Identify, prospect, and convert new business opportunities to strengthen market presence
• Build and nurture long‑term relationships with corporate clients, consortia partners, and entertainment agencies
• Conduct regular client calls, meetings, and networking activities
• Manage entertainment and group bookings end‑to‑end, including contracts, BEOs, and group resumes
• Collaborate closely with Reservations, Front Office, and Operations to ensure flawless delivery
• Prepare monthly sales performance reports with insights and recommendations
• Monitor client feedback, market trends, and segment performance
