Doma Hotels in Canberra's Realm Precinct seeks a Superstar Reservations Agent to join our energetic Reservations Department in a full-time capacity. You will handle reservations, respond to guest inquiries, and collaborate with Sales and Front Office to ensure accuracy and exceptional service.

You should bring a guest-service mindset, calm under pressure, and experience in luxury hospitality. Proficiency with Opera, Micros and Microsoft products is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest service in a hospitality setting is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential.
• Ability to handle reservations, inquiries, changes and cancellations with a friendly manner.

Responsabilités

• Process reservations and coordinate bookings across channels.
• Capture and relay sales opportunities from incoming calls.
• Communicate reservation information to departments using notes and codes.
• Ensure knowledge of hotel facilities, rates and promotions.
