Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Sydney is seeking a Hotel Manager who will lead and inspire a luxury hotel team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. The role oversees Rooms, F&B, engineering, and security, driving engagement, standards, and profitability across a 400-person operation.

The successful candidate will bring authentic, strategic leadership and a strong track record in high-volume luxury hospitality, shaping service excellence at every guest touchpoint.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in a senior operational leadership role in luxury hospitality.
• Strong understanding of Rooms and Food & Beverage operations.
• Proven ability to mentor and develop leaders and teams.
• Exceptional communication, problem solving and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise the Director of Rooms, F&B, Engineering, and Security operations across all departments.
• Provide a strong, visible presence and focus on key priorities in daily operations.
• Drive Employee Engagement and cultivate a positive culture for 400 colleagues.
• Lead, coach and mentor managers for success and growth.
• Oversee guest experience, ensuring service quality per guest feedback metrics.
• Review products, services and procedures to uphold and evolve the offering.
• Execute global programs and projects as assigned.
• Manage financial metrics to achieve budget performance.
• Maintain stakeholder relationships with owners, suppliers and internal teams.
• Assume GM responsibilities in their absence while working with owners.
