Qualifications

• Extensive experience in senior operational leadership within luxury hotels.
• Strong financial and budget management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and ability to influence across teams.
• Proven mentoring and staff development skills.
• Deep knowledge of Rooms and Food & Beverage operations in high-volume luxury settings.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise the Director of Rooms, Food and Beverage, Engineering, and Security operations.
• Provide strong personal presence and day-to-day operational leadership.
• Drive employee engagement and promote a positive culture for the team.
• Lead, coach and mentor managers to support their success.
• Oversee guest experience ensuring service quality and consistency.
• Proactively review hotel offerings and procedures to evolve the offering.
• Execute global programs and projects as assigned.
• Manage key financial metrics including expenses and profitability to meet budget.
• Stakeholder management with owners, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Assume General Manager responsibilities in their absence while maintaining relations with owners.
