Four Seasons Hotel Sydney is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep the luxury property in pristine condition, 24/7. You will perform engineering tasks, liaise with contractors and ensure smooth operations to meet guest expectations.

The role requires solid mechanical and electrical experience, excellent attention to detail, and strong communication to work across Rooms, Food & Beverage, and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician, preferably in a five-star hotel.
• Mechanical and electrical proficiency is required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily engineering and shift tasks to maintain property in excellent condition.
• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers for 24-hour emergency service.
• Ensure work orders are properly executed and followed up.
• Collaborate with Rooms and F&B to keep guest rooms, outlets and public areas at high quality.
