Qualifications

• Previous experience in a luxury hospitality environment, ideally in guest services, lounge, or concierge roles.
• A warm, polished, and professional approach with impeccable personal presentation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; multi-language ability is a plus.
• A service mindset with a passion for going above and beyond.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Sound knowledge of food and beverage service etiquette and procedures.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness, ambiance, and functionality of Lounge 32 during all service periods.
• Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, offering tailored assistance and recommendations.
• Serve food and beverages during breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening cocktails with polished service.
• Recognise VIPs, loyalty members, and repeat guests for a personalised experience.
• Monitor and control lounge access to ensure privacy and exclusivity.
• Coordinate with Front Desk, Housekeeping, and F&B to ensure seamless guest service.
