Job summary

Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician for the Sydney luxury property. The role supports 24/7 operations to ensure the hotel remains in pristine condition and guest environments meet Five‑Star standards.

You will work with a professional team, applying strong mechanical and electrical skills to deliver exceptional guest experiences and uphold the brand’s high-quality facilities.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Maintenance Technician in a large hotel.
• Mechanical and electrical experience required.
• Ability to build relationships with contractors, suppliers, guests and staff.
• Passion for guest experience and impeccable product.
• Strong verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Good multi-tasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Complete engineering daily shift tasks to maintain the property in an efficient condition for guest and staff safety.
• Establish and maintain relationships with contractors and suppliers for 24-hour emergency service.
• Ensure proper execution of work order systems and follow-up on items for completion.
• Collaborate with Rooms and F&B divisions to maintain guest rooms, outlets and public areas to high standards.
