Qualifications

• Hands-on engineering or maintenance background in hotel or commercial property.
• Strong technical troubleshooting across HVAC, mechanical plant, plumbing, and building assets.
• Demonstrated shift leadership, coordinating contractors on duty.
• Excellent communication and guest service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance shifts, assigning tasks and providing clear handovers.
• Execute preventative maintenance and daily plant rounds to identify risks.
• Perform hands-on repairs to building services, plant, and guest rooms.
• Supervise onsite contractors, ensuring safety protocols.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping and Front Office to resolve defects quickly.
