You will work with the Restaurant Manager and the F&B leadership team to maintain Ardour's high hospitality standards across a luxury property.

Qualifications

• Experience leading events, restaurants or hotels.
• Strong knowledge of food & beverage operations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer service orientation with a vibrant, outgoing approach.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Organized with attention to detail and proactive operational excellence.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operation of our Restaurant and all things food & beverage across the hotel.
• Oversee the delivery of all events, ensuring seamless setup, service and pack down.
• Lead, coach, and motivate team members to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
• Ensure service standards consistently reflect Ardour's brand standards.
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team culture.
• Manage guest feedback professionally and proactively resolve service issues.
• Support rostering, training, stock control, and operational administration.
• Maintain compliance with food safety, liquor licensing, and workplace health and safety requirements.
