• Oversee the delivery of all events, ensuring seamless setup, service and pack down.
• Lead, coach, and motivate team members to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
• Ensure service standards consistently reflect Ardour's brand standards.
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team culture.
• Manage guest feedback professionally and proactively resolve service issues.
• Support rostering, training, stock control, and operational administration.
• Maintain compliance with food safety, liquor licensing, and workplace health and safety requirements.

Ardour Milton Park Bowral has an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our passionate Food & Beverage team.

As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will play a key role in leading daily restaurant operations while supporting the delivery of exceptional events and guest experiences. Working closely with the Restaurant Manager and broader Food & Beverage leadership team, you will help create a seamless service environment that reflects the high standards and personalised hospitality for which Ardour Milton Park Bowral is renowned.

Milton Park Country House Hotel & Spa in Bowral, NSW, has undergone a $10 million transformation and recently reopened in February 2026 as Ardour Milton Park Bowral, the very first flagship in our new Ardour Hotels & Estates collection.
