Job summary

The Fullerton Hotel Sydney is seeking a motivated Sales Manager to drive profitable revenue growth across key market segments, reporting to the Director of Sales. You will work with Revenue Management, Marketing, Events, Reservations and Operations to secure new opportunities and grow existing accounts.

Ideal candidates have strong experience in luxury hotel sales, exceptional client service, and a proven track record in achieving revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' hotel sales experience, ideally upscale/luxury.
• Proven success in business development and revenue generation.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Excellent relationship-building with a customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop and secure new business opportunities across corporate, MICE, government, entertainment, leisure and consortia segments.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts through strategic relationship management and regular business reviews.
• Negotiate corporate agreements and group contracts within approved guidelines.
• Achieve individual revenue, room night and market share targets.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site inspections to generate new business.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, CRM records and reporting.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure seamless client experiences and maximise commercial outcomes.
