Sofitel Sydney Wentworth, Sydney’s iconic luxury hotel, invites you to join as a Sales Coordinator supporting our dynamic Sales & Marketing team. You’ll help drive corporate meetings and events, coordinate site visits and VIP experiences, and nurture client relationships within a world‑class hospitality brand.

Ideal candidates are organised, proactive, and communicative, with an interest in building a career in hospitality sales.

Qualifications

• Hotel or sales experience preferred.
• Organised and detail-focused.
• Proactive and enthusiastic.
• Excellent communicator.
• Curious and eager to learn.
• Reliable and positive.
• Able to juggle multiple priorities in a busy environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Delphi, Opera Cloud or other hotel/CRM systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Organize and implement administrative systems and procedures and perform necessary support duties.
• Manage invoices, POs, vendor and client payments; responsible for monthly cost tracking.
• Coordinate site visits, accommodation, event spaces, VIP arrivals and client entertainment.
• End-to-end booking and planning of internal events.
• Serve as a primary information source for the team.
• Prepare and maintain departmental records.
