Job summary

Crown Resorts Sydney is seeking a Bar Supervisor to lead service on the Gaming Floor and Mahogany Bar in a premium, high-volume hospitality environment. You will coach a high-performing team, ensure luxury guest experiences and maintain standards across a 24/7 operation.

Previous supervisory experience in premium hospitality is essential, along with current NSW RSA competency. The role offers max-term stability with opportunities for career progression within Crown Resorts.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in a premium bar, gaming floor or high-volume hospitality environment.
• Current NSW RSA competency card required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Casino Special Employee Licence (subject to checks).

• Leading bar teams during service to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
