Job summary

Crystalbrook Byron is seeking an experienced, service-driven Front Office Supervisor to lead the luxury resort's Front Office on shift. You will deliver warm, personalised and memorable guest experiences while guiding Guest Service Agents and Porters, ensuring seamless daily operations with a focus on elevated hospitality.

You will mentor the front office team, support managers, and drive operational excellence in a hands-on leadership role at our Byron Bay resort.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar role or luxury hotel.
• Can-do, culture driven and hard-working individual.
• Suitable for a Senior Guest Service Agent looking to take the next step in their career.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational leadership of the Front Office during assigned shifts.
• Coordinate team breaks while maintaining operational coverage and ensure timely completion of daily requirements.
• Monitor lobby and guest-facing presentation; act as first point of escalation for guest enquiries and service recovery.
• Lead, mentor and develop the Front Office team, including onboarding and training on systems, standards and procedures.
