Crystalbrook Byron is seeking a full-time Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead our bar team. You will craft exceptional drink experiences, coach guides, and ensure guest satisfaction across shifts.

Ideal candidates have premium bar experience, supervisory background, and a passion for hospitality with strong mixology knowledge and RSA NSW. Join a supportive team in a luxury rainforest resort near Byron Bay.

Qualifications

• Considerable experience in premium bar environments.
• Previous restaurant or bar supervisory experience.
• Demonstrated passion for hospitality and high-quality service.
• Great attention to detail and proactive guest care.
• In-depth knowledge of cocktails and wines; mixology focus.
• Willingness to take on ad-hoc duties and assistotted teams.
• Ability to prioritise and work in a fast-paced setting.
• Friendly, confident communication; NSW RSA required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the bar team and create a memorable beverage experience.
• Coach and train Food & Drink guides on service standards.
• Respond to guest requests professionally and promptly.
• Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to maintain high quality.

Role Purpose

We are seeking a full time Food & Beverage Supervisor in our bar to work alongside a passionate and supportive hotel team. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, your passion is mixology, and you know your way around a drinks menu. You will assist in leading the team and creating a experience that keeps our guest wanting more.

You Will Collaborate With Our Guests By

• Creating an outstanding employment experience for the Food and Beverage Collaborators
• Providing a warm and genuine service experience
• Anticipating and responding to tricky requests & concerns in a professional and timely manner and coaching your team to do the same.
• Taking an active interest in providing on-the-job coaching and training to the Food & Drink guides.

• Demonstrated passion for the hospitality industry and speciality in high quality service.
• Great attention to detail, being one step ahead of guests needs.
• In-depth knowledge of cocktails and wines and a passions for mixology
• The passion to take on other ad-hoc duties as required
• Ability to prioritise & work in fast-paced environment being able to keep high standards of service.
• Friendly and confident communication skills.
• NSW RSA essential
• Available across various shifts including weekends, evenings and public holidays
• Able to commit for a minimum of 6 months
