Job summary

Crystalbrook Flynn in Cairns seeks a Front Office Manager to lead Guest Services, Porter, Switchboard and Night Audit with warmth and precision. You’ll drive guest experiences, manage labour and budgeting, and partner with Housekeeping, Reservations and Finance to deliver seamless stays.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in a Front Office management role in luxury hotels.
• Passion for exceptional guest experiences and continuous service improvement.
• Inspiring leadership skills to coach, motivate and develop teams.
• Strong commercial acumen including budgeting and labour management.
• Experience with Opera Cloud and hospitality systems.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Relevant hospitality qualification and availability for 7-day roster.

Responsibilities

• Lead Front Office operations across Guest Services, Porter, Switchboard and Night Audit.
• Set tone for guest experiences with care, precision and warmth.
• Balance guest satisfaction with commercial outcomes and labour use.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping, Reservations and Finance for connected stays.
• Occasionally lead shifts as Manager on Duty and contribute to decisions.
