Crystalbrook Riley in Cairns is seeking a Guest Service Agent for a permanent, part-time role (24–38 hours/week). You’ll greet guests, manage check-ins/outs and respond to requests while sharing local Cairns insights to enhance every stay.

We value friendly, proactive service and a genuine passion for hospitality. Availability across a rotating schedule including evenings and overnight shifts is essential for this team.

Formación

• Experience in guest services is ideal; however, it is not essential.
• You are warm, professional and naturally attentive, with the ability to anticipate guest needs.
• Willingness to learn and grow within hospitality and tourism.

Responsabilidades

• Create welcoming first impressions and ensure arrivals and departures feel seamless.
• Manage check-ins and check-outs with confidence and care, respond to guest requests.
• Share local knowledge to enhance guest experiences and shape their stay.
• Report to Front Office Manager in a dynamic, people-focused environment.
