Job summary

Crystalbrook Riley in Cairns is seeking a proactive Front Office Manager to lead the Front Office team and ensure seamless guest experiences from check-in to check-out. The role reports to the Rooms Division Manager and requires strong leadership, hospitality expertise, and a collaborative approach to guest service.

The successful candidate will drive service standards at a luxury property, work with Opera PMS, and maintain compliant administrative practices while engaging with stakeholders

Qualifications

• Front Office leadership and hotel service standards at high-end properties.
• Experience managing Front Office operations and teams.
• Proficiency with Opera PMS or similar PMS systems.
• Australian working rights (permanent) required.
• Degree in Hospitality/Hotel Management or equivalent.
• Strong communication and guest-relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Front Office team to ensure smooth check-in/check-out and guest flow.
• Promote the hotel and communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure accurate administration and compliant business practices across Front Office.
• Manage shifts and staffing to maintain service excellence.
