Crystalbrook Riley in Cairns is seeking a personable Guest Service Agent to welcome guests, manage check-ins and check-outs, and respond to requests with warmth and efficiency. Reporting to the Front Office Manager, you will use strong computer skills and local knowledge to create memorable arrivals and departures, working across a rotating 7-day roster, including evenings.

This permanent, part-time role offers 24-38 hours per week and a range of hotel benefits designed to support your lifestyle
