Job summary

InterContinental Sydney invites applications for a Front Office Manager to lead a 35-person Front Office team in a busy luxury environment at Circular Quay. Reporting to the Director of Rooms, you will drive guest service excellence, optimise revenue and uphold InterContinental standards.

You will manage day-to-day operations, motivate staff, forecast demand, and deliver a seamless guest experience in a 300+ room, 5-star setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years senior Front Office Management in a 300+ room, 5-star hotel/resort.
• Strong leadership to engage, train and coach a large team.
• Experience leading guest-centric, luxury, VIP service environments.
• Excellent forecasting, reporting and business planning skills.
• Valid NSW RSA Competency card required.
• Ability to work weekends as per business needs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full Front Office operations for a high-volume luxury hotel.
• Drive revenue through upselling and optimized guest experiences.
• Maintain InterContinental brand standards and profitability targets.
• Lead a team of 35 Front Office professionals with a collaborative culture.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
