Ideal candidates have 1+ year in a 5-star front desk role and can relocate to Hayman Island with Australian working rights. Base hourly rate applies, with a 38-hour week across a 7-day roster including weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in a 5 star front desk or guest service position.
• Ability to relocate and live on Hayman Island, Queensland.

Responsibilities

• Handle transactions at the front desk and check-in/check-out processes.
• Offer local insights and anticipate guest needs to ensure a seamless stay.
• Serve as a brand ambassador and create a warm, home-like atmosphere for guests.
