Job summary

InterContinental Hayman Great Barrier Reef is seeking a Front Office Manager to lead the front desk, delivering exceptional guest experiences and guiding a high-performing team in a luxury island setting.

You will manage daily operations, drive revenue through upselling, and ensure compliance with policies while coordinating with other departments to maintain VIP guest services and a warm, inviting environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management/Business Administration required.
• Four years of guest service/hotel experience with two years in a management capacity.
• Proven experience partnering with and influencing leadership teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest experiences from arrival; maintain warm, welcoming atmosphere.
• Oversee front office operations; coach and develop the team; ensure policy compliance.
• Drive revenue through upselling, occupancy strategies and strong client relationships.
