Job summary

InterContinental Hayman Great Barrier Reef in the Whitsundays is seeking a Front Office Supervisor to lead the reception and guest services. You will supervise the Front Office team, ensure seamless check-in and guest experiences, and act as a role model for luxury hospitality standards.

The ideal candidate has at least two years in a 5-star front desk or guest service role, relocation to Hayman Island, and working rights in Australia; Opera PMS experience is desirable.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years in a 5-star front desk or guest service position.
• Australian working rights required for this role.
• Ability to relocate and live on Hayman Island.
• Opera experience is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Front Office team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Ensure smooth operation of reception and guest services functions.
• Resolve guest concerns and support the Front Office Manager in achieving service excellence.
• Act as a brand ambassador and uphold luxury hospitality standards.
