You will coach staff, ensure seamless check-ins/outs, uphold the highest service standards, and create memorable stays in one of Australia’s premier island resorts. Fluent English is essential, with a passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.

Qualificações

• Fluent English required.
• Strong guest interaction and service skills essential.
• Tech savviness and comfort with frontline systems.
• Must hold a full and valid driver’s license.
