The William Inglis Hotel – MGallery South West Sydney is seeking a Guest Service Agent to deliver warm, personalised service from arrival through departure. You will play a key role in creating memorable guest experiences alongside a passionate team in a fast-paced luxury setting.

Qualifications

• Deliver exceptional customer service and greet guests with warmth.

• Experience with Opera Cloud is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out efficiently and accurately.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues with care.
• Promote the ALL loyalty program and hotel services.
• Answer phone calls following brand standards.
• Process guest accounts and cashiering duties as required.
• Maintain up-to-date guest records and privacy.
