South Lodge, part of Exclusive Collection, is a luxury country house hotel and spa set in Sussex countryside. We’re seeking an organised Events Coordinator to turn client visions into seamless, memorable experiences from enquiry through delivery.

Competenze

• Proven experience in event coordination, conference and events, weddings, hospitality sales or a customer-focused hospitality role.
• Passion for delivering exceptional events and guest experiences.
• Excellent communication, organisation and relationship-building skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Commercially aware with a proactive approach to identifying sales opportunities.
• Professional, positive and confident when working with clients, suppliers and colleagues.
• Flexibility to support evening and weekend events when required.

Mansioni

• Manage event enquiries and client communications from initial enquiry to post-event follow-up.
• Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service throughout the event journey.
• Conduct venue show rounds and client consultations.
• Coordinate all aspects of weddings, conferences, corporate events, celebrations and special occasions.
• Prepare proposals, contracts and event documentation in line with company standards.
• Work closely with suppliers and operational teams to ensure flawless event delivery.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the guest experience and maximise revenue.
• Monitor guest feedback and implement continuous improvements.
• Contribute creative ideas and industry insights to support business growth.
• Maintain compliance with relevant health, safety and licensing requirements.
