Job summary

Moncler Chatswood Chase and Sydney Flagship boutiques are seeking a Client Advisor to deliver the Moncler experience with luxury service and sales excellence. You will build lasting client relationships, maintain brand standards on the shop floor, and collaborate with stock and team to meet targets.

Qualifications

• An experienced luxury retail professional, with at least 2 years’ experience in a premium or luxury fashion environment (highly regarded).
• Comfortable working within a structured retail brand, with set targets and KPIs.
• Genuinely passionate about the Moncler brand and what it represents.
• Naturally client-focused, combining exceptional service with a strong commercial mindset.
• A collaborative team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Multilingual skills are highly regarded and considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create memorable client experiences by building genuine, lasting relationships and guiding customers through every step of their Moncler journey - from first contact to after-sales care and clientelling
• Drive strong sales results through exceptional service and product knowledge
• Bring Moncler’s visual standards to life on the shop floor
• Work closely with the stockroom to keep the store running seamlessly, from stock movement to replenishment
• Be an active, positive team player who brings enthusiasm, energy and pride to every shift

Moncler Chatswood Chase / Sydney Flagship - The Opportunity:

We have a full-time Client Advisor position available at either our Chatswood Chase or Sydney Flagship Boutique.

As a Client Advisor, you’ll be at the heart and soul of the Moncler experience. Working alongside a passionate team, you will play a key role in achieving individual sales results and supporting store targets.

We’re looking for luxury retail specialists who are curious, client-focused and collaborative - people who take pride in building lasting relationships and creating memorable experiences for every client who walks through our doors.
