Job summary

Zagame Automotive Group is seeking a Client Experience Specialist for Ferrari Melbourne. You will architect the client journey across showroom, events and digital touchpoints, combining hospitality, CRM discipline and brand storytelling to engage and retain discerning clients.

You will work with Sales, After-Sales and Marketing to elevate every moment of the Ferrari client experience and help deliver flawless showroom experiences and events.

Qualifications

Client-experience or hospitality-oriented professional from luxury, premium retail or high-end service environments.
Naturally attentive to detail, atmosphere and emotional engagement.
Previous experience assisting with events, communities, and cross-functional initiatives.
Structured and disciplined in follow-up, CRM usage and process execution.

Responsibilities

Welcome and host customers in showroom and offer refreshments.
Ensure café is stocked and kept clean.
Oversee showroom presentation and up-to-date materials.
Elevate end-to-end client journey at sale, events and touchpoints.
Assist Marketing Manager with event attendees and invitations.
Support CRM activities, including database updates and follow-up after events.
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and After-Sales for post-event reviews and follow-up actions.
Assist Ferrari Factory Tours and Client Esperienza travel arrangements.
