Zimmermann is excited to invite applications for a VIC & Client Engagement Specialist at our Sydney CBD Boutique. The role focuses on delivering elevated luxury service, building lasting relationships with high-value clients, and turning prospects into loyal customers.

You'll thrive in a fast-paced team, participate in product training, manage CRM-driven communications, and contribute to events alongside Retail and PR teams, while upholding our brand standards and store presentation.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to build relationships with high-value clients.
• Skilled in following up on new client leads and converting prospects into loyal customers.
• Strong knowledge of service standards, product knowledge, and store presentation.

Responsibilities

• Proactively build relationships with high value clients.
• Follow through on new client leads, introduce the brand and convert prospects into loyal clients.
• Achieve Zimmermann service, product knowledge and store presentation expectations.
• Attend product trainings to gain knowledge of products and benefits, VM and stock presentation expectations.
• Ensure timely responses to communications from other stores, Head Office and Management.
• Utilise CRM to organise appointments and service communications with clients.
• Create detailed client profiles in CRM, logging communications and reminders for development.
• Coordinate with local networks to host in-store events for clients.
• Work with Retail and PR teams on event details and expectations.
• Host Celebrity and Media dressing appointments in store as directed by PR.
• Manage Top Spender and Client Spend to Date reports.
