Qualifications

• Previous sales experience, preferably within jewellery or luxury retail.
• Passion for luxury products and fashion.
• Presentable, confident and professional with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Multilingual skills are highly desirable to support a diverse clientele.

Responsibilities

• Provide an outstanding customer experience and sales.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of products to assist customers.
• Assist in achieving sales targets by engaging with customers.
• Manage inventory levels through counts and records.
• Ensure the store is well-maintained with effective visual displays.
• Be available to work across retail trading hours, including weekends and public holidays.
