Job summary

Swissôtel Sydney is a luxury five-star hotel in the heart of Sydney, seeking a FT Bell Captain / Porter & Valet Attendants Supervisor to lead the Front Office team and oversee porter/valet operations to ensure outstanding guest first impressions. The role requires at least 1 year of supervisory Front Office experience in a 4–5 star property, a full NSW driver's license, and the right to work in Australia.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as Supervisor in Front Office in 4 to 5 star hotel

Responsibilities

• Meeting and greeting all guests at most courteous and efficient service
• Have a detailed knowledge of what's on in Sydney and its surrounds including transport and movements
• Promote facilities and venues to generate additional spend towards hotel’s total revenue targets
• Live and breathe our brand standards, be the ambassador for our LQA (Leading Quality Assurance)
• A problem solver with the capability to turn challenges into opportunities
• Flexibility to work rotation roster including weekend and public holidays
